Peter Frampton Lists Ohio Mansion

Rock-guitar legend Peter Frampton has listed his European-style mansion in Indian Hills, Ohio for sale. Though the exterior is in top shape, the interior is said to need some remodeling and updating.

Located at 4400 Muchmore, the home sits atop 3.66 lush-green acres and features 4 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a master bedroom with attached library and study. There are a total of 14 rooms, including a large outdoor recreation area with fireplace. It’s easy to imagine Frampton coming alive around the fire. Also included is a 3-car garage, a fully-operational recording studio and fitness facility.

Peter Frampton has entertained and inspired music lovers and musicians alike with his catchy melodies and dream-like guitar riffs. The former Humble Pie lead guitarist struck gold, and double-platinum, with his 1976 live album, “Frampton Comes Alive.” He turned out such hits as “Show Me The Way” and “Do You Feel Like We Do.”
