A bayfront estate in the Hamptons belonging to the late award-winning actor Cliff Robertson has hit the market with an asking price of $22.5 million. Robertson, who was chosen by John F. Kennedy to portray the president in the film P.T. 109, died in September.
The home has two bedrooms, three baths, a living room on each level, dining area, kitchen, a library and an outdoor deck.
With more than 250 feet of waterfront area, the four-acre property offers wide views across the bay and over the Atlantic Ocean.
There is also a private dock, access to a second dock nearby, an in-ground pool, tennis court and a four-car garage.
In addition to P.T. 109, some of the Oscar winner’s other memorable roles include playing Charlie Gordon in the movie Charly, and Buzz Aldrin in Return To Earth. Younger audience may recognize Robertson as Uncle Ben in Spider-Man movies.
The Real Housewives of New York’s Kelly Bensimon also listed her Hamptons property for sale this year. And, over the past eight months or so, NBA star Jason Kid purchased a Hamptons home as well as actress and singer Jennifer “JLo” Lopez.
