Florida city of Sunrise, in an attempt to boost the housing situation, is now offering potential home buyers a cash incentive, just for moving to the city.
The plan is simple: buyers purchase a short sale or foreclosure home in Sunrise, remodel or renovate through appliance upgrades, landscape improvements, new HVAC, hot water heater, and roofing, and the city then will give the home buyer $2,000.
