Greenwich, Connecticut home after another price reduction. The reported final price was $3 million. The 6-acre estate was originally listed in 2008 for nearly $5 million, the reduced to $4 million in 2011, after his retirement from his daily talk-show.
The French-Colonial at the end of a cul-de-sac features nearly 6,000 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, traditional furnishings, pool, tennis court and custom gazebo. Regis and his wife Joy bought the property over 20 years ago from their friend, sportscaster Warner Wolf.
